Reviewing a clip

When someone submits a clip for your approval the Approval Queue will appear in the leftmost menu.

You will also be notified that there is a clip for you to review via the Approval Queue icon located on the right side of the top menu bar.

You can select either menu option to be taken to your Approval Queue

Your Approval Queue will show all the clips that you have that are awaiting approval.

You can select the clips, review then, and then either approve or reject them

Select the clip you would like to review

Select the COLLABORATION metadata panel

Select either Yes or No to approve or reject the clip

Selecting Yes will approve the clip and change the status to Approved

Selecting No will reject the clip and change the status to Revisions Required
